MAUREEN (MO) HAGAN is a licensed physiotherapist. She started working as a part-time fitness instructor in 1984 at a GoodLife® in London, Ontario. Today, she is vice-president of operations in charge of group exercise and instructor training at GoodLife Fitness® and is highly involved in the development of education and training in the fitness industry as director of education for Canadian Fitness Professionals (Can-Fit-Pro).
