While Anna grew up with a love for cooking and baking, it took a little while to find her way professionally, with a detour studying political science & sociology followed by a brief career in banking before committing fully to culinary arts. Since her culinary school days at Johnson & Wales University, Anna has worked in the United States and then established herself in the Canadian culinary scene as pastry chef of Inn on the Twenty, where she met her husband, Chef Michael Olson.
