Ron White grew up in Fritch, Texas. His dad worked at the local oil refinery. After laboring for years in comedy clubs, White gained massive fame as a charter member of The Blue Collar Comedy Tour, a show that played to sold-out audiences across the country and was released as a major motion picture and DVD.
